Thank You for your interest in Interlockingpatios.coms. We wanted to share a little bit about
our company, and our product. Interlockingpatios.com is the website for a privately owned
company Vanguard Premier Home Products, Inc. with offices and showrooms in both
Canada and Guangzhou China. We know how hard it is to source internationally with
different levels of quality from samples to shipped product. Vanguard is owned an
operated by two brothers which provides our customers direct representation and quality
control at the manufacturing level along with logistics support to ensure that what you
ordered is what you get at the price that you deserve.

We have been designated by this manufacturer as the domestic sales and distribution
headquarters for this line of patented product.

We offer a unique product that will vastly improve the outdoor living experience, and is
amazingly simple to install. This product will give your customers the opportunity to
transform an unsightly concrete patio, roof patio, front porch, balcony, or spa surround into
a beautiful tiled area in just a fraction of the cost and time it would take to build one.
Interlockingpatios are modular tiles that snap together in an interlocking system, without
nails, screws or adhesives, to create a custom treatment in a fraction of the time (and
money) it takes to build traditional decks or resurface concrete or use old style interlocking
pavers. These treatments come in wood, slate, granite, frosted and ceramic. They can be
laid over old, distressed or cracked concrete, asphalt, tile, wood decking, or any existing
hard surface. There are business opportunities to place our product with apartment
renovation contractors, townhouse associations, decking and framing contractors, lawn
and landscape contractors, restaurant remodel contractors, and boat decking contractors,
to name a few.

We are currently engaging new distributors in the North American Market and possibly do
not have any distribution in your geographical area, so this could be a great opportunity for
you. Purchasing at the direct import price in pallet or container quantities, and building
your business in that fashion, prior to establishing distributor status, is an option we can
offer you. If there is a further desire to establish or maintain distributorship, and purchase
in container-only quantities, (along with receiving a revised pricing structure), we ask for a
commitment of a set minimum amount of containers, after an initial trial period. This way
we can book your product for production without encountering the typical import woes.

Whilst purchasing in container lots, keep in mind that the numbers are deceiving, as far as
quantities go. As an example, purchasing at a 10 pallet price bracket will generate
significant savings over pallet purchase pricing, however this still would equate to only 9.6
consumer sales, at an average of 375 sq. ft. per sale. A full forty ft. container of wood
interlock product yields only 34.5 sales at this ratio. This is not alot of product! With
potential decking clients in all classes of trade, and your warehousing capabilities,
container quantities are easily attainable.

We follow standard import procedures in support of a program such as this. Container
product is priced ocean freight paid (does not include cartage), shipping from factory and
delivered to all International ports. A standard 90 day lead time is required for container
orders. Alternatively, we do maintain inventory domestically for less than container
purchases, which can be shipped in the Canada. in as little as 5 business days.
