What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for typical orders?
Well, usually there are no 'typical' orders. We can custom design a program based on your needs. If we have the product in stock, we can handle small orders. Custom-printed reusable bags can be sent in 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork. If you require custom-made products, then the MOQ usually starts at 2,000 pieces.
How long does it take for delivery?
If we have the product you request in stock, we can ship within 24 hours. If the product needs to be custom-made, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. The delivery time for products that needs to be manufactured and shipped from China take 6-8 weeks. If the orders will be recurring, we can handle and manage your inventory to shorten the reorder delivery times.
Do you charge any upfront fees?
No, we do not charge our clients any upfront fees for any consultations. When an order is finalized, we request a down payment. We also offer a discount on pre-paid orders.
Can you make prototypes?
Yes, we can plastic injection prototype parts. There is an upfront fee for the injection mold depending on the size of the part(s). Contact us for a quotation.
What other capabilities do you have?
We can make custom-made plastic molding and injection parts; manufacture metal parts (cutting metal stamping, wire-work); and manufacture printed circuit boards. Contact us for a quotation.
Can you do final assembly work in China for us?
Yes, we can consolidate your components from your existing manufacturers in China to our factory and do the final assembly and packaging of your product. We can then ship it to your desired destination. Contact us for a quotation.
